In June the executive board of the International Olympic Committee recommended golf, as well as the other 27 sports from last years Summer Games, be included in the program for the 2024 Games, and on Friday the lineup was approved at the 130th IOC session.Golf returned to the Olympics for the first time in over 100 years in 2016 in Rio and was also approved to be part of the 2020 Games program.Its puts the icing on the cake.
